Warranty on Parging Installations

RockyView Stucco LTD. extends a 5-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship for new parging which starts from the completion of the job.

Liability

When damage to the parging is caused by the materials used or the workmanship, RockyView Stucco LTD. will do warranty work at no cost to the customer in the deficient area.

Scheduling

Since Parging work is weather sensitive, RockyView Stucco LTD. will schedule warranty work at the soonest available time when the weather is favorable. For example: damage reported in winter will be scheduled as a priority when spring or warmer weather sets in.

Exclusion

RockyView Stucco LTD. is not responsible for damage caused by the natural movement of a building’s foundation. The changes in weather conditions will cause certain foundations to expand and contract, making it untenable for parging to adhere for a long time.

Is the Warranty transferable?

This warranty is transferable to a new owner without the need of notifying us.

Warranty and natural disasters (force majeur)

Damage caused by flooding, excessive and prolonged snow accumulation, hail, fire and other natural and external elements are not included under this warranty.

Woodpecker Proofing Warranty

12 Years

Calgary Parging extends a 10-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship for woodpecker proofing using the Adex Graphexcoat 3- coat system. The warranty starts from the completion of the job. Lifetime warranty against bird stucco damage.

Scheduling

RockyView Stucco LTD. will schedule warranty work at the soonest available time with consideration to the weather conditions at the time.

RockyView Stucco LTD. is not responsible for damage caused by the natural movement of a building’s structure.

Adex Graphexcoat also extends a 10-year warranty on the impermeability of its materials as specified in their product sheet.
